Although not really about my care but about the surgery staff. A man collapsed at the front desk and the staff acted quickly and efficiently. I, personally, was not delayed. The staff remained calm and cheerful whilst awaiting the ambulance and set up a system for people, like me, who needed to return to the reception desk. Very well done all of you and I hope the man recovered in hospital.
